Recent US District Court Decision Strikes Down Labor Department Regulation for Home Care Worker Minimum Wage

On December 22, 2014, the US District Court for the District of Columbia issued a decision striking new Department of Labor regulations that would require the payment of minimum wage and overtime for third-party employers of home care providers.
