ACT REVISING CONNECTICUT UNIFORM POWER OF ATTORNEY ACT GOES TO GOVERNOR FOR SIGNATURE

PIKULA v. DSS: CONNECTICUT SUPREME COURT ISSUES NEW RULING INTERPRETING TESTAMENTARY TRUST LANGUAGE AS CREATING A THIRD PARTY SUPPLEMENTAL NEEDS TRUST
