CT NAELA Lunch and Learn webinar for Members on Friday, October 15 from noon to 1pm

CT NAELA members are invited to join a Lunch and Learn webinar on Friday, October 15 from noon to 1pm for a presentation by Attorney Elizabeth Hartery on the topic of Psychiatric Advance Directives.  Attorney Hartery is an associate at the Danbury Law Office of Chipman Mazzucco Emerson and she is the author of an article appearing in the Fall 2021 issue of the NAELA Journal.  In her well written and thorough article, Attorney Hartery explains the appropriate use of a psychiatric advance directive, discusses existing state statutes, and compares traditional health care advance directives with psychiatric advance directives.  This thought provoking program is of interest to those who practice elder law or disability law.  There will be no charge to CT  NAELA members for this program.  An invitation to  join this program using WebEx will be sent to all CT NAELA members.
