United States Bankruptcy Court, D. Connecticut, Hartford Division issues January 5, 2021 decision finding fraudulent transfer of home by debtor to her son in consideration of son’s caregiving services to debtor

January 13th, 2021

The opinion of the Bankruptcy Court found debtor made a constructive fraudulent transfer of her home under 11 U.S.C. §§ 548(a)(1)(A) and (B), and Conn. Gen.
